I'm an Oregonian with Wisconsin roots who came into the world of fiction writing later than most and without the credentials hard won by many a creative writing major, but my passion for writing is strong, bringing with it decades of experiences that are sprinkled throughout my books.

When I'm not tucked away into my 'Crow's Nest', writing, you'll find me in my garden or out hiking somewhere here in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
